Apologies but we are not open to the public however arrangements can be made for collections of orders or to discuss wedding flowers etc . (This is strictly by appointment only)

Silk Flower Bouquets & Arrangements
Please note that as these are individually hand-made to order therefore are non-refundable, however once received if you are not fully satisfied we will endevour to rectify and re-ajust to suit, our aim is at all times to have happy satisfied clients, to supply beautiful bouquets and arrangements of which you can have total confidence in for your special day
When ordering Bouquets or arrangement as these are made to order please allow enough time for delivery. Pembrokeshire Lavender more than happy to personalize any bouquet or arrangement to suit your requirements please contact.
As each bouquet is individually made flower,foliage,shape size and colour may vary slightly.

If ordering Gifts to be sent on your behalf please include your message at the time of ordering. All Gifts which are to be delivered on your behalf are expertly gift wrapped and sent in an outer box. We pride ourselves on our presentation, so be assured all gifts sent to your, loved one Mother, friend, family, etc will be given full attention to detail. If you have any preferenceto a colour scheme please mention this at time of ordering eg. Pink, purple etc. or perhaps an occasion such as birth, anniversary, birthday etc. and we will do our best to satisfy your request, if however there is no indication of choice we will use our initiative and choose a shade which we feel meets the occasion

DELIVERY CHARGES
If not otherwise started on products information a single  delivery charge of £3.75 will be added to your order. 
In the case of orders of large quantities please email first to confirm delivery charges  

Delivery costs etc.for Scotland-Ireland- the Chanel Islands and outside UK please contact, we will email re cost.

We offer a next day delivery Royal Mail at an extra cost excluding Mon & Sat
for Saturday Delivery please contact.



Terms of Business
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us with-in 3 days and we will refund or exchange the item on condition it is unused ,unsoiled ,unopend (in the case of soaps,body products,items in pack.etc.) undamaged and it the condition it was received. All breakages or damage or item missing should be reported immediately upon receipt. In the case of personalized goods such as bouquets/flower arrangements wedding favours etc these are made to order and are therefore  are unretunable, and do not qualify for a refund we suggest if undecided on and item to contact us prior to ordering, for advise.
Shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the sender (the customer) and should be sent first class `signed for `Pembrokeshire Lavender will not be resposible for charges occured on returned items. Please also see *under plants.
Placing an order with Pembrokeshire Lavender is acceptance of these conditions.
This does not effect your statutory rights.

Plants are sold without warranty, no liability is accepted for any problems which may arise after initial inspection on receipt. Liability is only for the price of the plant. Complaints are dealt with promptly and if returns are required the cost of the postage is the responsibility of the customer. Returns should not be sent without prior arrangement with Pembrokeshire Lavender. Delivery failure on day specified should be reported immediately Pembrokeshire Lavender cannot take responsibility if we are not notified on the day of expected delivery, damage should be reported immediately upon delivery to the carrier and to ourselves
 Pembrokeshire Lavender cannot be held responsibly for plants/goods if the carrier is unable to deliver if the customer is not at home to receive, and the order is returned to depot,or if authorized by customer to leave without a signature.We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by delays due to postal strikes and delays in delivery. If Next Day delivery is requested this is guaranteed by Royal Mail But if Royal Mail fails to delivery on time Pembrokeshire Lavender will not accept responsibility as this is totally out of our control.
